The Neurofibromatosis Student Alliance (NFSA) is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to advancing a cure for neurofibromatosis—a rare genetic disorder—through grassroots advocacy and community awareness. Founded by siblings Soham and Shruti Shah after years of navigating the challenges of Shruti’s diagnosis, NFSA empowers young advocates, hosts educational events, and partners with national organizations to ensure no one faces neurofibromatosis alone.
